Fun Friday!!!!!

I may be a hopeless geek, but I totally love word and picture games, so I've decided to share that love with you! I may make this a regular Friday thing - who knows? The first set here will be some picture puzzles, lets see how on top of thing you are today, if you know the answer, go ahead and leave it in the comments! In the future I'm thinking of giving away prizes for the first person to get all of the puzzles right, but this first round will be a practice run to get your brains warmed up....here we goooooo!
1.) the letters v a, followed by a gap, and then the letters d e r s

2.) C O R P O R A T E written with letters that get smaller

3.) the word timing, followed by the word timing, but with a space in the middle of the word

4.)J O B I N J O B

Who's up for a few riddles????

5.)While driving home after a hard day's work, I came upon the following problem. An entire town had been painted black; the roads, pavements, buildings, hedges, and everything that did not move had been painted black. In addition, my vehicle's headlights were not working, no moon was visible, and power was off in the area, so there were no street or house lights around. At that moment, I entered a curve where a solid black dog (deaf, and thus unaware of the approaching car) was sitting in the road. He had his back to me, so there was not even a glint in his eye, yet I was able to swerve round him quite easily and without danger. How was this achieved?

6.) black hat facing wall from the left; white hat, followed by black, then white, facing the wall from the other side
Four men are standing in a line as shown above and they cannot turn their heads. There is a brick wall between A and B that they cannot see through. They know that they each have one hat, and that of the four hats two are black and two are white. They cannot see the color of the hat that they are wearing. In order to be released from the line, they must call out the color of their hat. If they are wrong, no one can leave. They are not allowed to talk to each other, and they have been given ten minutes to figure out their hat color.
After 1 minute:
  • One of them calls out -- which one called out?
  • How can he be 100% certain of the color of his hat?
This is not a trick question and there are no outside influences nor any other ways of communicating. They cannot move or see behind them, nor can they see through the wall.

Now here are some sweeeeet optical illusions!!!

This pictures are NOT animated!!
 spinning wheels
moving lines of leaves
Your eyes are making them move. To test this, stare at one spot in each picture for a few seconds and everything will stop moving; OR look at the black center of each circle in the first picture, and it will stop moving; but when you move your eyes to the next black center, the previous one will move after you take your eyes away from it.

If your eyes follow the movement of the rotating pink dot,
the dots will remain only one color, pink.
However if you stare at the black " +" in the center, the moving dots turns to green.

Now, concentrate on the black " + " in the center of the picture. After a short period, all the pink dots will slowly disappear, and you will only see only a single green dot rotating.

It's amazing how our brain works. There really is no green dot, and the pink ones really don't disappear. This should be proof enough, we don't always see what we think we see.

Okay, that's enough for now! No cheating! We all know you can find the answer to anything on the internet, so be fair here!! Let me know what you think of Fun Friday, should we keep this and turn it into a giveaway? Thanks for stopping by and have a fabulous weekend!
